Roles of Secreted NS1 and NS1 Antibody in Dengue Virus Infection and Immunity

Project Summary:

The goals of this project are to address critical questions about the role of serotype-, domain-, and epitope-specific antibody responses in protection or enhancement of DENV infection in vivo using our dengue mouse model. We will also determine which B cell epitopes, as well as which memory T and B cell subsets, play a significant role in protection and/or enhancement in secondary DENV infection.
